Privacy

LobbyAtlas does not ask guests for a name, room number, or reservation number. An Atlas Code identifies a hotel, not a guest.

We process limited technical data such as an anonymous session identifier, approximate device type, pages viewed, outbound clicks, timestamps, IP-derived security signals, and request logs. We use it to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service and to attribute eligible partner commissions.

Hotel representatives provide business contact, property, agreement, payment, and account information. Our service providers may process hosting, database, authentication, payment, and email data on our behalf. Booking partners process information under their own notices after a guest leaves LobbyAtlas.

We retain financial and agreement records as legally required, security logs only as operationally necessary, and analytics according to a documented production schedule. We do not sell personal information. Rights vary by location; contact privacy@lobbyatlas.com to request access, correction, or deletion.

This notice must receive counsel review before a live paid pilot and will be updated when production vendors and retention periods are finalized.
